for an 00-01 you'll spend 15-16 for average-high miles/condition
for an 02-03 you'll still be loking around 17-18 with higher miles.

any ap1 with low mileage will feth 0ver 18-19k. there are plenty of buyers out there with the money that would prefer a mint.
an ap2 is abviously out of your price range.
