Your rates being raised is determined by the insurance company. I've gotten 3 speeding tickets, and my rates havent been raised yet because of them.

 

INS will not move your rates up you get get like 20 tickets they wotn have a clue.. however IF you're picked and reviewed (they do it at random) then you'll get a higher rate. or when you renew later on down the line and/or change something with the ins plan ur on.

 

I've changed cars within that time (4 different cars actually) and it still hasnt gone up.
