i think its a bad muffler bearing.. jk mine did the same thing too and it turned out to be the metal bracket under the knee panel..

My dash goes all crazy going threw the gears CD played pops out, air vent pops out, change jigglin, fuse panel cover coming off. Sounds like the whole dash is going to come off
