help!! car isnt revving right

do u have a CEL on? if so reset ur ECU. If no CEL it is possible u burnt a valve running open header.
Do Honda ECU's have a "limp" mode?

yes they have a limp mode, which i believe he is in....

From my V8 and rotary knowledge, I'd just say he's in limp mode. He shouldn't have burnt a valve already. I don't know Honda's worth a shit though.

it isn't possible to burn valves w/ open headers..the headers are long enough to give proper back pressure so that doesn't happen...if you ran the motor w/ no headers you definatly would burn your valves...

first thing i did was check my sensors, and no codes were being thrown. i was forced to drive it today to return my tux, and i didnt go above 3k, but for some reason on the way home it started revving normal... weird

loose connection somewhere possibly, if it becomes intermittent (sp?) then I'd put my guess on that.
