I do plan on taking the driver's improvment course, but due to the Fact that I go the The Citadel, I won't have a chance to take it until after the day I have court. But I'm calling Manteo Courts tomorow to see if I can have the court day pushed back.

go into court, take a driver improvement course, get your speedo calibrated, dress nicely, be polite, "your honor" always.
If you get found guilty, appeal, if it's your first offense, you should be good. that's just my experience anyway in no way am i a legal representative

 

 

I've always gotten the slow down wave in Duck, but I was never going that much over the limit. You gotta be careful, people just walk into the road down there. They're on vacation, why do they have to pay attention to traffic?

 

You'll probably have to take a driving class because you're 14-19mph over the speed limit and you're under 21 or some stupid shit. I had to take one when I was 18 for some dumb shit like that.
