When did they make it 15mph? or is it 15mph on the road towards the base?
I got clocked coming from the other way, shore drive to atlantic back in 96 or so, 58 in a 25 since I wasn't paying attention. $117 speeding ticket. Cop was cool and didn't give me a reckless.
