hey did you see the crackheads gettin arrested. went to use the porty potty around the corner and 2 homeless black guys were smokin either weed or crack. i told police that they were in there and they went and arrested them.

Maybe, maybe not. I've heard VDOT has direct radio comunication with the Troopers that patrol I-564,I-64, I-264, I-464, and I-664 and have the ability to record from the same cameras.
