Same here. I never plan on going to Richmond. I'll prob be at vmp on fri if i'm not busy working on anything.

 

i've had pretty positive experiences at richmond other than the not so perfect track, but then again i'm not a serious drag race guy so my standards are pretty low

 

I greatly prefer the atmosphere at Richmond and have seen people stand it on the bumper on a friday night. That shows better track prep than VMP anyday to me.

 

a track that has cars dragging rear bumper on a street night is awesome. i <3 richmond dragway.

how does that show track prep? It shows the car not set up right most times. I could adjust mine to do it but its pointless and it tears up stuff and makes your et worse. At least at vmp, kids don't work the waterbox and allow people to drive through it and bring water up to the line. Thats just my experience with richmond and i really don't like their set up with the short stoping distance.

 

wish my car, or had a car, that was fast enough to call richmond's stopping distance short.
