I really like that, but a lot of the appeal of a "scrambler" type motorcycle is over simplification, low maintainence cost, and dead nuts reliability. It's a back to basics bike. I wonder how a modern Ducati would fair as far as that goes.

well the original scramblers were Triumphs... not exactly the backbone of reliability.
