me and some friends were having this discussion the other day. what do you think the fastest street car owned by a teenager is in hampton roads?

Gaius Caligula says that Prada just turned 20, but was 19 and owned Milleniums 10 second DA9 Integra. Has tags and is up to date on state inspection.

I think the kid that ownes the silver SRT-10 is around 18-19yrs, he is in hampton i see him on king street alot. NOBODY got him beat.
