more than likely see you there brian. yeah i am friends with some developer that is making two large towers for condos. he gave us the 411 on it to see if we wanted a piece of that pie. we were checking out the site before they start work on it. joe use to be in commercial real estate so he gets excited over big developments like that.

depends what you want to do with it. A Syclone is a nice ride though. AWD turbo in a truck. Thats what they should have done with the SSR.
