I'm not able to feel a difference though. the only reason I know it helped was the turkey call on my return tube doesnt start calling when idling.

When I bought the car it came w/ the bov and I took it appart and didn't notice any oil anywhere in it.

The lithium grease would be too thick, I believe. You need something thinner like motor oil.
