2011 Honda Civic SI- White sedan

Hey all,
Recently bought a new car and will need to sell the SI. I've enjoyed driving my SI for the past 3 years and still drives like new. The car has regularly been maintained with Synthetic oil (changes every 4-5K miles w/ mobile 1 oil and filter). The car currently has around 36,6xx miles, I do not drive it often. I've also done some light modifications such as Injen CAI, Buddyclub short shifter, and flashpro (these modifications may be coming off soon, I still have all stock parts). The car also has VA legal tints. I recently installed newer tires.
The interior of the car is spotless as I always took care of it. The exterior was well taken care of with routine hand washes clay-barring/waxing. But even with all the care I took, the car does have its usual wear and tear. Overall the car is a great condition.
