Couldn't find a marking on the building, the radio station runs from inside the local newspaper building. But here's a logo showing van and an station only parking sign?

Next challenge: your bike in a big reflection.

That thing can probably broadcast by itself without too much effort I'd say it IS a radio station by itself.
