No it's richer and thicker than plain "normal" yogurt, has alot of protein, I'll eat just about anything, but I'm not the biggest fan of greek yogurt.

it is a diff yogurt than plain "normal" yogurt, here in the states
in greece, yes, it is plain yogurt (we dont call it "greek yogurt")

you need to taste it and compare it to non-greek yogurt

like i explained earlier, the common way to eat it is with honey and crushed walnuts.

Greek yogurt is terrible though. Very nutritious, but doesn't taste good, jjust like grkguy.
