you know the easy way to do this is just keep calling cabs and waving them off till a yellow one comes right?

Oceanfront check out 22nd in front of Lunasea, taki stand, bound to have a yellow one show up. Town center has a few stands. Downtown Norfolk by Waterside. Norfolk Int'l Airport has a huge taxi-stand, guaranteed win there.

Rode down to the beach last night specifically to find a cab by lunasea... Rode by 4 or 5 times over an hour and a half and it was all minivans.
