There isn't a rule against completing my own challenge is there? If not and I see any white wooden picket fences while I'm out and about at work today you best believe I'll be riding back there after work!

If the current challenge is still open after 24hrs, OP of said challenge has the option to create a new one, however he must grab his original challenge first.
All that says to me is that if nobody has done it 24 hrs I can change it after completing it. It doesn't expressly prohibit me from just doing it.
