Black SI coming out of Custom Cart Care.

Default Black SI coming out of Custom Cart Care.
I'm driving down rt17 doing 45 mph. I am coming up on Custom Car Care, and this black Si with guages on the pillar pulls out of CCC, gets next to me, then floors it and pulls a good 2 cars. He then slows down and yells(kinda laughing) "what happened". He caught traffic before I could say anything. I drove forward and went on my way. Anyone know this guy? I hope he doesnt think I was racing.

Ive seen him before. He drives around in vtec all the time in this area. He did for like 30 minutes stright one saturday I was out. Driving throught kmart parking lot in 1st with vtec. It was so funny.
