You must have missed it somehwere. Everything that you've replaced or left to do would control front and rear. Unless for some godly reason the turn signal switch isn't sending power to the front.

 

How about using a multimeter to actually conduct a proper troubleshoot rather than just a visual inspection?

If that circuit has no power, why did you replace everything on that entire circuit? Track toward the source of power (the battery) until you find out where you have power again.

You've already said what doesn't have power, so you can rule those things out obviously.
