Did you all hear about the fire on Pott's Mountain? It's a very realistic possibility that yet another popular offroad trail that everyone tries so hard to maintain, keep clean, and keep open will be shut down just like all of the others. The newspaper reported that it was likely started by a human on a "Jeep trail."
Just a reminder to tread lightly, pick up after yourself, and leave things better than you found them. I don't understand why that's so difficult for some people, especially considering the lack of legitimate legal trails left in this country.

Fires every where.
This is just 2miles up the road from my house and sadly my house is next to the mountain, so hopefully I don't have to play Fire Marshal Bill at my house

There is another one on the other side of the mountain in Shenandoah County. Both were man made by accident.
