I already have a gray EXO-700, but I wanted a second helmet in a brighter color and that price was sick!

 

 

I kinda like it....

 

The K1 was BMW's attempt at making a sporting bike to rival the Japanese bikes at the time and capture a bit of the youth market in the late 80s. It failed, mostly due to high price (who wants to pay $13k for a bike in 1988?) and lack of performance compared to its Japanese counterparts. Still, an interesting bike though.
