Anyone know that black e46 330 with the red wheels? He just ran a few people off the road on 64. Pretty sure after I stopped to help, and told them that he is on NOB, they are going to come looking for him...

Saw a black civic hatchback with the engine sticking out of the hood, turning off of magruder onto victory. Does anyone know this guy or this car?

I've seen him a couple times. It's a v6 out of an odyssey.
