We dont have a company, we're just a car club (More info - Sumospeed.com). I know we should be entering between 5 to 10 cars in the show And I was just looking to see if we would A. Be able to park together, and B. Set up a tent with one of our club banners on it. We wont be selling any sort of product or anything but may have some giveaway stickers and some flyers in there. Let me know in here or via PM.
phosho, we can let you set up a tent. but there will be a vendor fee involved for the tents, minimum donation for vendors is $100(2 tents, just for the tent) But if not all of your club are gonna be in the show. you will have to separate from the ones that are in the car show. Becuz the show lot is not in the same lot as everyone else. pls lmk what you would like to do.
