The one I drove by(I64 westbound, past mil. hwy) had a cleaning crew removing dead branches, then not too far ahead, what seemed like a couple of cars stopped by smokey, one of them a red audi, lowered with black mesh wheels, fucking rubber-necking is out of control

 

just found it amusing that i went into class and he was parked in front of me, then after i get out of class an hour later he is parked next to me.

 

This. I got fucked on I64 by the Indian River merge later on too... There's four lanes and somehow one merge can slow every one of them down. Retards around here.
