oh back on topic...
are you military? there is group at my gym who shadow box and hit the bags all day. Some of them are old heads who have feet that still move light.

no im not military,
im not sure if i can afford 65 bucks a month for lessons and training altough id love to do it, ill give them a call and talk to them and see whats up

$65/mo sounds really cheap to me, I seirously doubt you'll find anything less.. Hell, most gym memberships are 40-70/mo.

It's alot different when someones actually there teaching you 1 on 1

My gym has a boxing area. If you want to come check it out I'll let you try for free. We don't teach boxing but you will want to hit the bag for a while before you try boxing lessons. Build your endurance
