Default Boxing lessons
Ive always wanted to learn how to box, is there anywhere around VB that offers lessons and training? Looks like a great way to get in shape.

I used to box and there is a gym in Norfolk. It's in the hood but let me know if you really want to go. Its cheap but boxing is a hard sport.

gold's gym hybrid kickboxing can teach you. call any gold's gym for more info.

Warings Gym I believe does Boxing, which is the one in the hood in Norfolk. There are very few gyms in hampton roads with a boxing ring

i checked out beach boxings site, its $65 a month is this typical of a boxing place, seems kinda steep to me?

i forget the name, but there's a place on Portsmouth Blvd. close to where Millienium was. Big glass building, you can see the boxing ring inside from the street.
