offset on the rewinds and the lips look good in pics...can you get better pics...and how much just for the rewinds?

they look ok in pics but are decently rashed will get better pics soon this one is off the thread I bought them off of. offset is about a 12mm or so. The rewinds are on the car now so just trade.
