Low miles, not wrecked, not stolen, has MSO/sale papers, keys, etc. Pretty much all the stuff you'd look for when buying a car.
The MAIN thing to look for is bent wheels. The rims on my Mongoose will take more abuse then the stock Ruck wheels.

Im gonna put ^that^ rear wheel on my ruck and make it impossible to ride, but post pictures all over the net so I look cool.

When buying just use your common knowledge:
