i think i got it all actually. only thing i could still see is dust on the inner walls. i even got that metal mesh thing out. i made sure nothing was left rattling in there. the front one i left alone. im thinking about doing that one too....

it was hard to drive it like that, engine needs to relearn, i had the battery unplugged, was sluggish as shit. it definitely stunk tho.
the sound it makes really kicks in after 2nd and gets drowned out by the engine near 3rd. of course thats the inside, driving next to me im sure youd hear it the whole time.

i found a test pipe for 101.30, new, direct bolt on, even has the bend in it the stock on has. worth it to just buy that?

 

shoot.. MagnaFlow makes 2 Hi-Flow cat 'down' pipe, whatever that thing is called.. for the 95-97 OHV, it should fit yours... right?

its only 1 cat. they work in 2 sections, first one does the biggest hardest work, the 2nd one does the rest and. they also sell new ones that are 1 sectioned that now do all the work.

and thats a REAL cat, the one i wanted to make, now the one im considering buying, is just a piece of pipe with cat flanges on its ends.
the only problem with the one i could buy is it looks like pipe. the one i could make is make to look like a cat
