Smitty and Sketch at Slamm Draggon Tattoo in hampton are good. I've got two pieces by Smitty, and I've seen Sketch's work.

The only decent tat I've ever seen from them is the one that Nothing (Chad) has on his arm. It's just lettering so they probably couldn't fuck that up
