Sombitch.... I took my battery box off today to change to an extended rear brake cable and install the stage6 multimeter... Get everything all buttoned back up and go check the mail... Fucking CDI came already, I wasn't expecting it until monday. I'm hoping for a break in this shit weather to take a ride.

 

Well made some good use to this rainy saturday pulled the rear section off the ruckus and clipped and grided down all the little things that i wont be needing anymore on the rear section once i bolt this GY6 up. I really just hate waiting for one part to come in for this bike its driving me up the wall waiting. But it gives me time to get everything done right i guess. Im going to rip apart the front section tomorrow and get it ready fro the plug and play harness.

 

Monday is supposed to be like 75! Can anyone say group ride??

 

I'm actually sort of ambivalent about the seat itself, but I LOVE the front end with no battery box.

 

Did you hook the stock wire back up to anything? I did this, and now I'm having a serious idle issue. My idle is high as shit.

 

I just left the wire hanging off, and my idle is fine. Did you mess with anything else at the same time?

 

I ran an extended rear brake line. I thought maybe I kinked the throttle cable or something putting the BB back on. I pulled that back off tonight to put CDI in but didn't see any issues.
