Yea it's a rare jeep so I probably won't be doing a ton of wheeling... Prolly mostly just beach / obx.

But I did put it up for sale as well just to see what sorta cash offers I can get on it.

Dude I had the same problem 2 weeks ago when putting on my rear shackle kit.

Are you at the point where the bolt is just spinning and not coming out any more?

Did you ever get all the pin stripes off the X? Hows it look? I know you said you had washed and waxed it. That's something I need to do to mine. I think I'll wait till it warms up a bit more though first.
Yea I got em off thursday afternoon.. having a heat gun helps a lot.. had to get some adhesive remover spray to get the residual gunk off. I like how it looks now though

Wrong, AMC used a 401 in some of the 70's cherokees and pickups. You know, back when there were still real Jeeps before Chrysler bought them.

NOT counting when AMC was in the mix smart ass. LOL! Trust me, I know. I had one. Todays Jeeps aren't real Jeeps? I sure can point you to a couple of "real Jeeps" if you want to see some.
