Just ordered a bowls CDI, my fat ass is tired of bouncing the rev limiter.

Finally installed mine last nite with my stage 6 tach, and it is nice to be able to get up to 45 with little to no problem.

I got one of dem too. Are you using the water temp sensor? Just wondering where it could be inserted. I'm hitting the rev limiter right at 40 on flats now, its also pretty lean though.

I unscrewed the stock temp sensor and just screwed it in. It is on the intake side of the block, and has a single wire going to it. I can take a picture of it if you need me to.

Download the operators manual and look up the ect sensor. And it isn't hard to find at all.

Is there significant difference in the 03-07 and 09? I dl'd the manual link that was posted earlier in this thread, but it says 03-07.

Cleaned up the ruck after Buddha helped me out with my maintenance...still waiting for my seat frame, handle bar, and fuel filter.
