btw.. when I popped two tires, I tried contacting vdot for that massive ass pot hole I hit. they told me pretty much to kick rocks

Honestly they were really unhelpful to me, took me weeks to speak to someone and I just said fuck it. props if you get a good outcome

didn't spot the car i sideswiped on my street just a few minutes ago
