Only weak spot on a Ruckus I know of is the fuel pump, but if it starts up and runs like you said that's not an issue.

A stock, well maintained ruck should top out around 41-43mph after being properly warmed up.

yes that's a good deal, 1,100 is nothing man. ppl ride across the country on a ruck thats how reliable they are, just make sure theirs no funny/weird noises just like how you would check a car before buying. that's why im sticking with 49cc instead of swapping lol

EDIT: depending on your weight you should be hitting atleast 39-45 on flats, and if you do buy it just do all the simple maintenance.

LOL I scour CL everyday. I use searchtempest.com though, to make it easier.

Make sure you search the whole CL site, vs just the cycle section. Some people like to barter.
