haha, no i have a good eye for front-mounts(my integra has a black intercooler)....but i can't recall seeing your car

 

i don't have a cut out grill, and my intercooler is not polished up and it doesnt scream "HEYLOOKATME"

 

saw a white IS300 on Lynnhaven at the light next to the exit ramp off 264, was lowered looked nice, had some aftermarket wheels but couldn't tell what they were with the lighting. was about 9:30pm

also a black civic (coupe I believe. forgive me don't know much about the different civic models), lowered on some red wheels, and some HIDs or just upgraded bulbs.
