You can easily pick it up yourself, maybe find a way to have somethign flip up and down the back of the vehicle so you can get the Front whell on/in there and guide it up

like 200lbs, i wouldnt put it on top, you need to make a DOPE single axle trailer, and put the RS's on it...

I will focus on getting a Ruckus first, then worry about the Ruckus rack after I get one. But I will defiantly think about it more.
