Is Brian your dad? Matt basically built my fox-body as well (cage, motor plates stuff I can't do). Mine is VERY similar to that one.

Look closely at the air lines and where they come together; there is a schrader (sp*) valve like a bike tire that they are using to fill the bags. This is often done before plumbing in a tank to raise and lower the truck quickly in the shop to get everything right with the suspension, angles and clearance.
