Saw a super clean Silver TL, Axis wheels, exhaust and low, Plates IWHINE, car looked amazing, and sounded badass!

Leaving NOB around 1ish

yellow ek hatch, well kind of yellow alot was primer, tried to race on george washington, dropped into 3rd im guessin and literally went nowhere, i didnt even attempt to race him and he pulled maybeee a car length. it was pitiful.
