Saw an S13 on NOB Norfolk today...was at least 3 different colors due to none painted bodywork. Was turbocharged and blowing off all the way down the road by the piers. Caught up to him at Terminal but I was turning left.

Redish orange 06+ Si coupe slammed on time attack CE28s (?) Turning onto S. Plaza this morning.

Also S13 coupe possibly boosted on 264E this morning also.
