Cycle whore thread
yea.. i learned it during my workings with my Z... cause somebody said that they make more power with lower octane so I looking into it. Its not better for the car... but it does. But I cant run it in my Z... I get the , what I have always heard, said to be "spark knock" or "detonation"
Oh, and I sold the chop to a member here. so if you see the bike running around, it ain't me on it, and make sure you give him shit
What's the difference between a yzf r6 and an fz6r? anyone?
They're both super sports and both 600cc's, but there's like a $3000 price difference, the r6 being the more expensive one.

an r6 is a fully faired sportbike, an fz6 is a half faired, with a much more upright riding position, amungst many other differences.
Is it hard to do w/ a 600, because I couldn't manage to pull the bike up more than maybe a foot off the ground, and that was slipping the clutch all the way to 14-15k rpms. What am I missing here? Comes up so easy in first.
Soo... This weekend had a guy want to buy one of my R6's... BUT wanted it as a street fighter...
So.. I took apart one of my full fairing bikes to make it a street fighter...
So here is the finished product

Will take some pictures today too. In the light

did he want a discount for not taking the fairings?
yea... he wanted the price lowered cause of no front end... LOL..
He got the woodcraft rear sets, the only seat I had left, slip on, power commander, adjustable levers, and K&N filter. $3000
Thats ok though... cause now I have another set of fairings!!!! Just need to come up with another frame and I can put together another bike... so... I will make much more from that one bike... works out for me.
