Talking Air Bag Question? ASAP HELP

Hey guys need your help, wondering if a air bag has been diployed from an accident what do i have to do to get the car in a inspection passing state. I heard that all i would have to do if replace the bag and then i heard i have to replace the bag and the triggering mecanism and the ecu. I need help fast.

I have know of some people just dont replace them.But all you would have to do is put new ones in And as far as the sensors go you also have to do that.Thats my0.002 cents

take the abs light out the guage cluster and just put the plastic back together. lol

yeah but isnt there a way to tell that its not working, does anyone know how much to get it fixed may cost?

I am a VA STATE INSPECTOR if your air bag has been deplyed cut the bag off the wheel. Cover the light with some black tape or pull the bulb out and make sure your horn still works.

ABS = Anti-lock Brake System you mean to take out the SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) light. just my $.02
