Rt10+ a moron=work of art
+1 I know you said you have already chosen but my mom dukes has 30+ years in the legal field(HR area) and pm me if you need some second advice. She would be more than happy just to talk to you even if you don't use her firm.
Any specifics on Kalfus Nachman? If you guys have a more specific reason for being negative i'd love to hear it. I am ready to drop them but i'd like to feel confident i am doing the right thing.
I spent a lot of time doing research but had no luck. No negative nor positive reviews. Someone i know recommended them, which is why i went with it.
Jebsurf, thanks for the tip on lawyers. If you don't mind i'd like to give your mom a call. Ask few questions. O and your PM box is full.
I signed the contract yesterday, so if i want to cancel i am sure i need to do it asap before they say they have already incurred costs associated with the case and say they have to bill me for it.

Take a hint... I don't care if you want to be an e-detective, but searching her myspace and posting pictures of her daughter isn't needed. I don't care what the point of the picture was. Share that info via PM if you'd like
I pm'd you back. Hope she can help you out with some of our questions you might have.
And for the
A guy at my work used them in a auto accident and he told me a while back that they refused to go to court for him because he didn't want to settle for the first offer that the insurance company offered him. They told him flat out (after he got his offer) "we don't go to court if we get a settlement offer". I don't know if you have ever been in this boat or not but you will soon be playing a cat and mouse game with the insurance company with "settlement offers" and you almost NEVER take the first couple they give you. Its your attorney's job to make sure you will be taken care of the BEST you can be. Where Kalfus Nachman likes to take the first offer they get just because its easy guaranteed money and they don't have to do anything but file the paperwork and collect. Its more about quantity of people and not quality with them.

However, where the dot is on the map, is a pretty mean curve, if you came up a very steep hill before getting to that curve if you can remember than you are right...
Ah sorry, i forgot mapquest wont do a direct link to a specific location. Its the first turn left east of Pole Run.

And If anyone has more info on Nachman please speak up. I've already dropped them as the above was more then enough, but i'd still like to hear more to reinforce my confidence.
I felt like it was a large volume firm to begin with. Lol their work van is colored like an exterminators work vehicle...bit much for a law firm. They sent an "investigator" to my house to have me sign documents and he made it seem very impersonal. Just kinda pulled out papers and expected me to sign without attempting to sell himself/company. In fact i wasnt expecting an investigator, i thought it was a real live lawyer that was going to come by and answer my questions...you know lay everything out in proper places. I ended up having him call the attorney and speak (in front of investigator as he could not answer anything) with them on the phone which was satisfactorily but not really what i was looking for.
