How much without this "titled frame" there are other ways around that...

 

Only way I know if is abandoned vehicle title or spending money on a title sourcing company. As of right now, I started transferring everything over. I'd say about 85% done. I have to install the secondary gas tank, hook up the wiring, and put the tank/seat on. Other than that, bike now is titled. I'll be getting a battery + two new tires this week.
