I do not think that is your job at all. Your job is prolly the one you are getting paid to do right now, but not doing. The whole point of this forum is to be a learning resource. Instead of snide comments that make you look like an asshole, how about helping the guy out? SHOW him how to do the research, sometimes it takes spoonfeeding, oh well. Otherwise he will just turn out like you in the end, and I think we got enough of those as it is.
