Do some research, it's not very hard at at. Google is your best friend, but a header is a thing that connect from the block to the exhaust, and a intake could cost around $100-(mugen prices)

Seriously, you wont make much power with a single cam engine, especially one that honda makes. Your best bet is saving up some cash and swapping your engine for a dual cam one that has vtec, either b16 or b18
