Especially when there's more torque than hp.
Something that's only good for mid and high range power.

It all depends on the application. I like functional turbo setups, not retarded ones that take 5k rpm just to spool up.

That really hurts my feelings. Im sorry my turbo is huge....i consider myself lucky...some people dream of having such a big turbo...its not the size of your turbo, its how it spools.
