Dope status

i use bike racks for their purpose and always have. but they look dope too. so its more of a win/win for me when i look at them. dope because the guy might might his bikes on his dope car. and if he doesnt, then its still dope because it looks cool.
but i'm biased...because i tend to like everything posted in here.

i mean roof racks don't belong on everything. but since people have been using them on certain cars (ie. hondas, vw's) for looks, its a norm now to consider it a visual mod. yes, people have been using them for years for intended use, and still do, but roof racks have merged into the car's aesthetic department too. thats why i can handle looking at them on modded cars. it should be normal by now to understand that people use them for many reasons. thats how every trend starts. a group conforms to a certain look. functionality isnt always a driving force...and visual appeal tends to be.
I'm not gonna lie.....I would never personally own a 1st gen xB, largely because I don't feel safe making lane changes in one (my '98 S10 w/ 179k is faster), and they are extremely played out.....but I think they look really good when done right. That being said, the 2nd gen xB's have really grown on me.....but there aren't too many "dope" ones, asides from that blue on on air w/ the Works and The Neek's black one.
