THen disconnect from the internet & reboot.

When the PC restarts run it and do a scan

Then reboot

It will clean up 99.999% of your spyware problems.

You can PM me. I have done many many computer fixes. I am Internet and Computing Core Fundamentals Certified.

Also about to be certified in Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician.

I know places like geek squad will charge up to 150+ for reformats which ill do at a fraction if needed.
