Parts are notoriously hard to find for Merkur cars. Strip and sell for parts on eBay to fund your new project.

I had an 89 buick electra estate wagon .. full size wagon no reverse man that was a bitch then oddly enough .. one day getting on the highway i lost all power .. just like that no foward gears .. but reverse worked after that !

I'm going to take everything I want/need off of it for my conversion and then give it away to someone who appreciates the cars and can use it instead of trying to hock parts to the highest bidder on ebay.
